Rice Cakes are made by forming puffed rice into a disk shape. The rice is then usually flavored with a multitude of different flavors from cheese to cinnamon sugar to chocolate. Rice cakes also make a delicious substitute for bread on sandwiches or crusts on mini pizzas.
