Cheerios

Cheerios was the first oat-based ready-to-eat cold cereal in the world. It is produced by General Mills, and consists of rings made of oats.

Mascots[]

Although Cheerios typically goes without a mascot, some advertising campaigns have paired Cheerios with famous icons such as using the Peanuts characters or Shawn Johnson, the Olympic gymnast. Honey Nut Cheerios, on the other hand, features a honey bee named Buzz.

Variations[]

There have been multiple variations to Cheerios over the years, with the most famous and successful being Honey Nut Cheerios. Other variations include Frosted Cheerios, MultiGrain Cheerios, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, Yogurt Burst Cheerios, Cinnamon Burst Cheerios, Chocolate Cheerios, Banana Nut Cheerios, and Oat Cluster Crunch Cheerios.
